Tuna-Pasta Bake

Serves 1, ambitiously Dinner Chaos 💀💀💀💀🤍

"Improper cooking times for dense ingredients, boiling things that should be roasted, and an unsafe reliance on undercooking or overcrowding pans." This bake is a full tin of tuna, a full tin of condensed soup, and 400g of pasta, together, in one dish, no baking time specified.

Ingredients

  • 400g penne pasta
  • 425g can tuna in spring water
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 420g can condensed cream of celery soup

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Cook the pasta 2 minutes short of the packet directions, then drain.
  3. Add the tuna and half the cheese, and season with cracked pepper.
  4. Stir in the soup.
  5. Pour the mixture into a small baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

No baking time is given for the final bake — the recipe just ends here. We'd suggest 20 minutes at 180°C until golden, but honestly, at this point, who's counting.
